Dear ,
As we head into our Spring Showcase weekend, I’ve been reflecting on what this event really means—not just for our students, but for families, teachers, and our whole Metro Music Makers community.
Yes, it’s a performance. But it’s also a milestone. For some students, it’s their very first time on stage. For others, it’s a return to a space where they’ve learned to be brave, expressive, and focused. Every piece played, every note sung, is a testament to hours of practice, moments of frustration, and sparks of breakthrough.
Showcase day is a reminder that music is more than what we hear. It’s about who we’re becoming.
Whether your student is taking the stage this weekend or cheering from the audience, thank you for being part of this journey. These are the moments they’ll remember—and so will we.
Keep learning, keep growing, and let the music lead the way.

Chamblee Summer Camps Will Bring Out the Best in Your Young Musician!
Music Making Camp — A Creative Adventure in Sound!
📅 Dates: June 23-26 (Monday – Thursday)
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Keswick Park, Community Building
🎯 Ages: 8-12
🎸 Skill Level: All are welcome!
Looking for a fun and inspiring summer camp where your child can explore music in exciting new ways? Metro Music Makers’ Music Making Camp is the perfect place for young musicians to discover different instruments, experiment with songwriting, and collaborate with fellow campers!
What makes this camp amazing?
- Campers will explore a variety of instruments and musical genres, expanding their creativity and appreciation for sound.
- Hands-on activities include songwriting, making their own instruments, and working together to create original music.
- A fun and encouraging environment where all experience levels are welcome!
- Daily musical challenges, interactive lessons, and plenty of opportunities for self-expression!
The Grand Finale?
The week wraps up with Show & Sound, a special showcase where campers share their musical creations, perform their songs, and celebrate their journey as music makers!

Rock Band Camp – Where Young Musicians Become Rock Stars!
📅 Dates: July 14-18 (Monday – Friday)
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Keswick Park, Community Building
🎯 Ages: 8-12
🎸 Skill Level: All are welcome!
Looking for an unforgettable summer experience for your young musician? Metro Music Makers’ Rock Band Camp is the perfect place for kids to learn, play, and perform like real rock stars!
What makes this camp epic?
- Campers will jam out in a real rock band, learning the basics of performing on stage and working together as a team to create an amazing show.
- They’ll gain confidence, develop stage presence, and learn how to command an audience like a pro!
- Daily group rehearsals and individual coaching help every camper shine.
- Campers can bring their own instruments (guitar, bass, etc.), but don’t worry—we provide drums, keyboards, and any other instruments needed!
- A supportive, fun environment where musicians of all levels are welcome!
The Grand Finale?
The week wraps up with an electrifying Rock Show on Friday afternoon, where campers get to show off their skills in front of family and friends!

Just a bagged lunch, your instrument (if you have one), and a rock ‘n’ roll attitude!

Spring Showcase Is THIS Weekend—Do You Have Your Tickets? |

Metro Music Makers is thrilled to invite you to our Spring Showcase 2025, a special event where students take the stage to showcase their musical progress in front of family and friends. Join us for an unforgettable time of music, celebration, and community!
Each family with at least one registered student will receive two complimentary tickets, and children 12 and under are free. Everyone else who wishes to attend will need to purchase a ticket for $15. You can buy tickets online or at the door.
