Dear ,

Last week, I shared that I was beginning jazz piano lessons. While that may seem worlds apart from running Metro Music Makers, they're connected by the same mindset: there's always another way to learn, grow, and improve.

That idea has shaped much of our summer.

This summer, our team has spent countless hours in conversations, planning sessions, and brainstorming meetings, all centered around one simple question:

How can we make the Metro Music Makers experience even better?

We've talked about lesson experiences, scheduling, communication, music therapy services, and new ways to better support student progress.

Last year, I completed my MBA, and it challenged me to look at Metro Music Makers through a fresh lens. It wasn't because I wanted to reinvent who we are, but because I wanted to find new ways to better serve our students, families, and teachers. More than anything, it reinforced something I've always believed: never stop looking for ways to get better.

Not every idea becomes reality, and not every change will affect every family. But every conversation starts with the same question:

Will this create a better experience for our students, families, and teachers?

If the answer is yes, it's worth exploring.

As we look ahead to celebrating 20 years since incorporating Metro Music Makers next March, I'm incredibly grateful for the trust you've placed in us. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your musical journey. It's a privilege we never take for granted.

As we head into the fall, you'll begin hearing more about some of these enhancements. I can't wait to share what we've been working on behind the scenes.

If you're already part of the Metro Music Makers family, I'd love to hear your thoughts. What's one thing that has made your experience especially meaningful, or is there something you'd love to see us offer in the future? Just hit reply and let me know. Your feedback truly helps shape where we go next.
